Founded in 1989, Thomas Development Inc. (TDI) is based out of New Bern, North Carolina.  TDI has been active in the development and acquisition of commercial retail shopping centers, free-standing office buildings, "big box" retail buildings, self-storage facilities and other commercial projects.  Our company has also established a reputation for being a leader in the marketing and sale of commercial property in eastern North Carolina, with a wide range of commercial listings including land, office and institutional buildings, as well as retail properties.  In addition to development and sales, Thomas Development Inc. also manages numerous commercial investment real estate properties.  Our company is still growing, as we continue to actively seek real estate investment opportunities.
